If you discover a lower advertised price for a product that meets the following Terms & Conditions, we're happy to match it.
HOW TO REQUEST A PRICE MATCH
To request a price match, simply email us at sales@redstripe.com.au. Provide evidence of the lower price, such as a printout, competitor quote or website link. If the product meets our Terms & Conditions, we'll match the lower price.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
To qualify for a price match, the product must meet the following criteria:
- It must be identical, including specification, colour, and certification rating (if applicable).
- It must be in stock within Australia.
The price of the product must:
- Include delivery fees, taxes, and charges.
- Exclude installation, bundling, rebates, cash back, coupons, loyalty rewards, or free bonus goods.
- Be lower than our price on the day the price match is requested (the day of purchase).
Our Best Price Assurance does not apply to:
- Trade/commercial quotes or large volume/bulk purchases.Products sold by unauthorized dealers.
- Special order products.
- Special event, club, or membership offers, third-party promotions, or prices not available to the general public.
- Genuine errors in competitor advertising.
- Ex-demonstration, blemished, refurbished, damaged, or second-hand stock.
- Products sold via auction, liquidation, fire sale, or clearance (including eBay).
